Nine41 Terms of Use
These terms cover your use of Nine41 for Mac and its Photos extension. Apple's Standard End User Licence Agreement also applies. If the two differ, these terms apply where the law allows.
Using Nine41
- You can use Nine41 for free within the export allowance shown in the app.
- Nine41 Pro is a one-time in-app purchase that unlocks unlimited exports on the Apple Account that bought it, and through Family Sharing. Apple handles payments, refunds and restoring purchases.
- An active Screenshots Pro Premium subscription also includes Nine41 Pro, for as long as the subscription is active. When it ends, Nine41 returns to the free allowance unless you've bought Nine41 Pro.
Your Files
- Nine41 edits the screenshots you give it. Depending on the Save Mode you choose, it can overwrite the original file, save a copy, or move the original to the Trash.
- Keep backups of anything you can't replace. We're not responsible for lost or changed files.
- You're responsible for having the right to use and publish the screenshots you edit.
Apple Trademarks
Nine41 isn't affiliated with or endorsed by Apple. Apple, iPhone, iPad, Mac and App Store are trademarks of Apple Inc. Nine41 recreates the appearance of Apple's status bar so your own app's screenshots can follow Apple's marketing conventions; how you use the results is up to you.
No Warranty
Nine41 is provided "as is". We work to make it accurate across every supported device, but we don't guarantee that every result is pixel-perfect or that the app will be free of errors.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent the law allows, Love, Form Studio isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost files, data or profits, arising from your use of Nine41. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Nine41.
Changes and Ending
We may update these terms; we'll change the date above, and continuing to use Nine41 means you accept the update. You can stop using Nine41 at any time by deleting it.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
